In the end, you know they are finally deleting your account when they ask you to confirm specific information… they will start asking(atleast in my case) Also, even if you get player support, they are extremely slow to respond and they either disband the player support chain since you don’t respond fast enough or they don’t respond at all. Usually, in-game ROK customer support responds with FAQ bot response then allows you to click player support button or they tell you customer support is at peak service try again later. I reached out to developer Apple support, ROK Facebook page and rise of kingdoms contact email but I’m really not sure if those emails really helped at all. That was after 20+ attempts of pressing the button over 2 months. Feels so good and it is worth the headache of deleting the account. I was finally able to fully delete my account via the Delete Account button in-game just last week.
